Bio

Tammy Holt is the founding Chief Visionary Officer of Holt Consulting, L.L.C. She is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and humanitarian. Tammy has over 20 years of experience as a consultant supporting government and law enforcement clients. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Norfolk State University and a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

 

Her portfolio is diverse, cross-disciplinary, and covers multiple subject matters (e.g., racial profiling and policing; geographic information systems; evidenced-based clearinghouses; investigations, and humanitarian outreach in Peru). Tammy's career highlights include receiving a Technology Rising Star award at the 20th Women of Color STEM Conference; publishing numerous documents and articles (for example, the National Institute of Justice's, "Does Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Work in Criminal Justice? A New Analysis from CrimeSolutions.gov"); supporting three presidential appointees at the Department of Justice; and a Maryland gubernatorial appointee. She also has experience in mentoring and recruiting for a Fortune 500 company.
